1. The Simple Present Tense

    A : S + V (s/es) + O
         Ian reads books every day
    P : S + to be + V3 + by + O
         The books are read by Ian every day

2. The Present Continous Tense

    A : S + tobe + V.ing + O
         Desti  is writing a novel
    P : S + to be + being + V3 + by + O
         A novel is being written by Desti

3. The Present Perfect Tense

    A : S + have/has + V3 + O
         Many tourist have visited that castle
    P : S + have/has + been + V3 + by + O
         That castle has been visited by many tourist

4. The Simple Past Tense

    A : S + V2 + O
         Sam repeired the car
    P : S + was/were + V3 + by + O
         The car was repaired by Sam

5. The Past Continous Tense

    A : S + was/were + V.ing + O
         Stedi and Steni were helping a grandmother
    P : S + was/were + being + V3 + by + O
         A grandmother was being helped by Stedi and steni

6. The Past Perfect Tense

    A : S + had  + V3 + O
         Tyo had repaired many cars
    P : S + had + been + V3 + by + O
         Many cars had been repaired by Tyo

7. The Simple Future Tense

    A : S + will/shall + V + O
         Merta will finish the work at 5 PM
    P : S + will/shall + be + V3 + by + O
         The work will be finished by Merta

8. The Future Continous Tense
    A : S + will/shall + be + V.ing + O
         Vika will be washing the dishes
    P : S + will/shall + be + bing + V3 + O
         The dishes will be being washed by Vika
